Founded in 1997, Endeavor is a nonprofit that operates on a simple theory: the highest-potential entrepreneurs, when given the right support at the right time, create outsized impact — not just for their companies, but for entire ecosystems.
Endeavor screens over 100,000 companies annually to select fewer than 1.6% as Endeavor Entrepreneurs. Selected founders gain access to a global network of mentors, peers, and investors who have scaled companies in the same kinds of markets.
The result is what Endeavor calls the Multiplier Effect™ — entrepreneurs who go on to mentor the next generation, reinvest in local ecosystems, and prove that world-class companies can be built anywhere.

Colorado entrepreneurs selected by Endeavor become eligible for Catalyst co-investment — connecting them directly to a global LP base of institutional investors and leading VCs.
