Endeavor Colorado is the local affiliate of Endeavor Global, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to selecting, mentoring, and supporting high-impact entrepreneurs. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on endeavorcolorado.org, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us through the website.
- Information you submit on our contact form (name, organization, message).
- Basic analytics (page visits, device type, referrer) collected via Vercel Analytics. We do not use cookies that track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To send our monthly newsletter and occasional updates about Endeavor Colorado.
- To respond to inquiries you send us through the contact form or by email.
- To understand which content is useful to our audience so we can improve the site.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share your email with third parties for their marketing purposes.
- We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling beyond basic email engagement metrics.
Service providers we rely on
To run the site and our newsletter, we rely on the following providers, each of whom processes data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments:
- Mailchimp — newsletter delivery and subscriber management.
- Vercel — hosting and anonymized analytics.
- Supabase — database for portfolio, blog, and team content.
- Google services (Forms, Drive) — when used internally for operations.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
- Request deletion of your information by emailing colorado@endeavor.org. We will remove your data within 30 days.
- Access or correct what we have on file by emailing the same address.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through the newsletter.
