KPA is an EHS compliance and workforce safety company serving the automotive industry, helping dealerships, shops, and automotive-adjacent businesses achieve regulatory compliance, manage risk, and protect employees through compliance software, expert on-site consulting, and an award-winning training library. In January 2026 KPA refocused exclusively on automotive and spun off its non-automotive safety software (Flex and Risk Management Center) into a separate company, Novara, which serves high-risk industries such as manufacturing, construction, utilities, and oil and gas.
