Last month, after two years of virtual events, 56 Endeavor marketers from 26 countries convened in Mexico City to explore how we can continue to support scaling entrepreneurs in underserved regions and grow the Endeavor brand around the world.

After 3 full days of carefully curated content on social media planning, public relations strategies, and how to best share the Endeavor story, I boarded my plane back to Denver with a notebook full of implementable marketing ideas and a greater appreciation for tacos than I thought previously possible. 

Now, several weeks later, the strength of our global community and the passion of my fellow Endeavor colleagues is still fresh in my mind. When speaking of Endeavor, it’s easy to tout the power of our global network of high-impact entrepreneurs, mentors and board members with world-renowned industry expertise, and high-profile investors who support the Multiplier Effect by betting on underserved markets. After this retreat, I also keenly feel the power of our network behind-the-scenes, the Endeavor staff, and our role as marketers to foster this sense of community in each of our 40 locations around the world.

Thank you to Endeavor Mexico for organizing such a fantastic event, and thank you to my coworkers who traveled from far and wide to attend and share their ideas from across the globe!
