ZF Capital is a Denver-based real estate development and investment firm founded in 2017 by Managing Partner Mike Zoellner, a sixth-generation Coloradan and former founding partner of RedPeak Properties. Across his career, Zoellner has developed or repositioned more than 70 apartment projects totaling 11,500+ units across the Front Range. The firm remains active in 2025 with select acquisitions — most recently a $3.4M acquisition of four retail condos near Union Station — while strategically pausing new ground-up multifamily development.
