Earlier this month, I joined teammates from across the U.S., Ireland, and the broader North Atlantic region in Miami for our Staff Retreat. As part of the Endeavor Colorado team, it was energizing to connect in person with people I’ve worked alongside virtually and to see how our collective efforts are shaping the next phase of Endeavor’s growth. The week was all about alignment, collaboration, and strengthening the ties that make this community so impactful.
The retreat focused on a shared goal: building the systems and relationships that will help the North Atlantic operate as a more connected and high-performing region within Endeavor Global. Through workshops and group discussions, we explored how to expand our reach, refine how we support founders, and build stronger cross-office collaboration to meet entrepreneurs where they are in their journeys.
A key milestone from the week was the creation of four regional committees focused on Selection, Servicing, the Mentor Network, and Access to Capital. Each group will continue working over the next year to develop shared strategies, set measurable goals, and strengthen how we deliver value to the entrepreneurs we support. These committees represent an important step toward greater regional alignment and impact.
Outside of sessions, we had time to connect more informally and get to know one another beyond work. From shared dinners to a graffiti and art tour, the week balanced meaningful discussions with moments of fun and creativity—reminders that strong collaboration starts with strong relationships.
As the North Atlantic region continues to grow, this retreat was a meaningful reminder of what’s possible when we align around a common purpose. We left Miami with renewed clarity, energy, and a collective commitment to support the founders who are transforming industries and creating lasting impact around the world.
